***Update: The company finally responded to my email and gave me a refund even though they said that they don’t usually do that. They told me to keep the eyeliner. I appreciate that they responded in the way that they did. I am giving 4 stars for the way they handled my gripe. I would give 5 stars if they would start carrying the black eyeliner again. Ordered on Nov 29th. Arrived in Australia Dec 16th. Item was sent back to the US 27th Dec for unknown reason. Have left six messages asking where my order is, was wilfully ignored. No re-sent notification, no response despite a PM having been seen, no goods, no refund. Very dodgy company!

I received a lip tint from here as a gift from my mother. The color is a deep berry, but pulled like a nice deep red on me which I was excited about. But on the second time wearing it, I checked myself in the mirror and a chunk had somehow flaked off on the edge of my lip and my inner waterline was uncovered. I have no idea how a lip tint could flake off like that.
