After 3 months they have yet to finish my roof and gutters. I have called and left several messages, but no reply. Company is also under investigation and there are legal proceedings regarding them not paying for construction materials.

I worked for this company as a sub-contractor but was not paid on a handful of jobs. The owner said he is not responsible for paying me because I went to work for a different company. Beware of contractors like this one, as the unscrupulous business practices like not paying their subs can result in a lien being filed against your home. Protect yourself.

Unfortunately this company has our money already, and we were told they were going to order material and get the job going. We were told the job would take 30-60 days, and we are nearing 90 days and nothing has been accomplished. The storm that hit Denver backed up a lot of companies, and it is understandable that these things take time. After having a bad experience with two other roofers who couldn't seem to handle working on a 127 yr. old house, I contacted Prestige Contracting. Jonathan Price was not scared off by the age of the house and was easy to work with. I enjoyed working with him and found him very knowledgeable. I am now awaiting a start date to have the roof replaced and will update when the job is done. I only hope the roofers are as good and knowledgeable as Jonathan.

Jonathan Price was a huge help! He helped us out by pointing out items we missed such as dents in the garage door, damage on the windows and more. He was friendly and came back when he said he would. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Anybody looking to maximize their insurance claim ethically and legally would be wise to call Jonathan before making their final decision.
