I had a wreck and they did the body work. well got car back feb and the new rim they put on doesn't match. passenger side leaks when it rains. in may found out my air went out caused by wreck. almost cost 3100 to fix air !!. no one returned my calls and I dont want to go in person cause they looked at me like I was dumb about the rim matching rm. the insurance had to pay for not them. now the front right pops and the replaced with used parts from my understanding. I'm going to handle this finally .
The estimate of time needed and the amount specified when I checked in were kept to the day promised and the identical fees! My car was clean and they did everything they promised! The staff was gracious and polite!

I took my Toyota Tundra in for some front end damage. Alston and the rest of the guys were VERY professional and kept me in the loop the entire way. It only took a few days in the shop and they were great to work with. I’ll definitely use them again should I have any more damage.

I have taken my Cadillac not once but twice to Prestige and I could NOT be happier. Not only did they come do the estimate for me at my place of business but they delivered my vehicle back to me so I would not have to leave work. Their work is incredible. I can not recommend this company more. BEST AROUND!!!
