Great body shop that has fixed cars for me and my family. Very courteous, excellent work, and didn’t take forever to get any of our vehicles back.
Prestige Collision is by far the best in the business. My father-in-law and my husband are US Marshall’s and know the owner. He referred me to them and I cannot express to you enough how amazing they were. Not only with fixing the damages to my vehicle from my wreck but their customer service as well. Corey and Wendy in particular were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make it as easy for me as possible. You will not go wrong by choosing them for your repair needs. Highly recommended.
I watched one of their tow truck drivers honk at a man walking in the gas station parking lot for being in the way for 2 seconds, and then the hypocrite parked right in front of the doors leaving HIS truck in the way of any other cars trying to drive through the lot. Then he ran through the red light at Bellaire and Larkwood. That's not the kind of person I would trust to take care of my car without cutting corners.
If I could rate your business negative -5 I would. You have several bad apples in your office that are very rude and unprofessional. One of my employees came by today and was yelled at and belittled because he did not have the correct paperwork to bail out a vehicle from your shop. There was no need for this woman and others in that office disgusting behavior. I hope you are not treating your customers the same way my employee was treated today.
