I am writing to document my experience with CARSTAR Roadster Collision, which was unsatisfactory and concerning from both a workmanship and professionalism standpoint. The paint work performed on my vehicle did not match the existing color. When I raised this issue, I was provided with inconsistent and contradictory explanations. Professional, honest and caring
I recently had our BMW repaired at this shop after it was hit in the rear. Dealt with Rich and his team. Everyone was extra nice and they did a fantastic job on the repairs and they got the car back to us ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this shop for your auto body repair work.
