Update below: Original Review: They have been sending me marketing emails and text messages that I never signed up for. Generic, spam blanket emails. I only asked for a quote… I would never use a service that uses spam to accomplish its goals. Response to Business: Shayla, the legislation in Canada exists to protect from this type of spam. I had Prestige Cleaning Services come and clean my home, and wow — they did such an amazing job! My house feels so fresh and looks absolutely spotless. They paid attention to every little detail, and it honestly feels like a brand new space. The team was super friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. It’s such a nice feeling walking into a clean home — I can’t recommend them enough! I’ll definitely be booking with them again.
I was really happy with Maria, my cleaner, and Shayla, the owner and the one whom I communicated with most. Maria was prompt, extremely hard-working, and very kind. My daughters loved how she made the house "smell pretty". Maria was so good I'm having her in for regular monthly cleans. Shayla was easy to work with and runs a very organized company.
