I'm not sure what has happened to this business over the last 6 months but it has become awful. I have been coming here weekly for over 10 years and never a problem until recently. They have "lost" three of my dress shirts and now today I come in to pick up suits and shirts that I made clear I had to have by Saturday. The stub I have says they will be ready by 5pm today (Friday). I made a special trip (50 miles round trip) to get them so I can wear them to an event tomorrow. I dropped off my items almost 2 months ago and have not gotten them back!! my Uggs were cleaned within a few weeks but my other clothing items were shipped off somewhere else to get cleaned. I've called in multiple times the past couple weeks! left messages with different Employees for him to call me back and NOTHING!! Why is he avoiding me!!? Did they lose my items!!!??? My sentimental items that cannot be replaced!! Do not trust in them with your precious belongings!!!

They mis-placed a shirt and working with them was a pain. They failed to meet the 24 hour service and I had to fight with Patrick to get them to be willing to re-imburse for what they mis-placed. I did not end up getting re-imbursed, frankly I did not want to have to deal with this company anymore. Got my shirt back after a couple weeks and will not be back.
RecommendedOutstanding service. Always personal service, the pick up and delivery was terrific and the prices are very good. We moved recently and miss Prestige!
The owner is highly ethical. Good people.
Prestige did a great job dry cleaning my wife's wedding dress. They even put it in a fancy box for storage.
