Our experience with Prestige Carpet last week was definitely 5 Star. The process with Aimee was flawless, the product was as expected, and the installers were highly qualified. The installers left our home spotless and cleaned up all work debris.
We recently hired Prestige carpet. The "team" starting with Amy in the office, Installers, Doug and Joanne went out of their way to make sure the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Prestige for all your flooring needs.

A 5-star rating is far too low, Prestige Carpet deserves a 10 plus rating. We walked in the door and were greeted by Aim and her big smile cheerfully saying “Hi, how can I help”. After being flooded from Hurricane Ian we needed flooring – anything but carpet. Aime walked us through the choices and those choices were vast. She showed us a LVP that was just perfect.
