A 5-star rating is far too low, Prestige Carpet deserves a 10 plus rating. We walked in the door and were greeted by Aim and her big smile cheerfully saying “Hi, how can I help”. After being flooded from Hurricane Ian we needed flooring – anything but carpet. Aime walked us through the choices and those choices were vast. She showed us a LVP that was just perfect. Bought a house, need existing carpet restretched in two rooms for now and price for new carpet. Met with attitude - they won’t help with carpet they did not install. That’s their policy. One thing I know, when I recarpet this 4,000 square foot home at the end of the year, it will NOT be with Joe @ Prestige Carpet
