Steve is very responsive to texts and voicemails, and they do an Excellent job on all of the carpets and furniture they clean for us, it’s really impressive actually. In the Oxford / Brookville IN area I can’t recommend anyone more than Prestige Carpet Care.
I highly recommend Prestige Carpet Care. We have light carpeting and dogs. We knew our dogs would ruin carpeting with their dirty paws and we would be forced to replace it. Instead, Steve and Josh cleaned it and it looks great. When we had some spots reappear, they came back and took care of them. We will be having them back regularly. It's so nice to know of a company that will do a fantastic job at a reasonable rate.
I found about about them from my Aunt in Brookville, they did a great job at her house so I had them come out to mine! Then my father in law wanted to have them over to his house too! All 3 of us are impressed by their efficiency, professionalism and quality of work. They also have great availability and were able to schedule appointments quickly.
Steve is absolutely the best carpet guy in the region! I almost don't want to leave a review, letting our secret out of the bag! Our house has constant kids and pet traffic that can really set in life stains into the carpet. Steve has always been able to restore any carpet or piece of furniture we've challenged him with and with a level of service you'd expect for 3x the $$$. If you're looking for your lifelong carpet guy, Steve is your man!
We’ve had Steve and his team come out multiple times and are always happy with the results. He’s upfront and honest about his service and what he feels would be best for your situation. We always feel like we have brand new carpet after he’s done!
