Exceptional customer service. Enterprise called at the last minute, informing me they did not have a car for me. I had a medical appointment, that I had been on the wait list for 4 months. I had called the night before to Enterprise in Russeville Arkansas to confirm my reservation. I was devastated. This company immediately assisted me with a nice, clean vehicle. The process was fast, simple and easy. Professional, courteous and friendly. The communication was outstanding. I would definitely recommend 10/10.
