Prestige took advantage of my elderly mother—who is grieving the recent loss of her husband and living on a fixed income—by charging her $479 for a service that was either poorly done or not done at all. Her car drove worse after leaving their shop than when she arrived. She called back the same day at 4:54 PM to report the issue, and a young man answered the phone.
