Prestige Body Werks: Worst body shop ever!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They over-estimated the charges, and ended up billing my insurance company even MORE than the estimate. I later found out that the work could have gotten done for $3,000 less than what they billed my insurance. Also, Once I got my car back for repairs, it was making a horrible sound. Turns out it was the right front wheel bearing, and they refused to fix it!! They claimed that it was not part of the accident, but it indeed was... Please do not use this... read more
professional, polite and efficient From start to finish, this was a positive experience for me and my car. Bret was very polite and professional. He handled the estimate and insurance paperwork efficiently. The price seemed correct. And, he got the work done quickly...even offering to fix an oil light issue my car was having which saved me having it in another auto shop on another day. The car looked excellent and was done in a very timely fashion.
My car looks like new When I hit a deer last winter I was traumatized, not only did I kill the poor creature but I did more than $1800 in car damage. Prestige was recommened to me by my sister. Well they did an excellent job. Ok, the price wasn't cheap, but I've never heard of a body works place that is! They do the job right and finish when they say they will. Two thumbs up from me...
REPEAT CUSTOMER Unfortunately I've had to use these guys a few times. I keep using them because of their great quality and workmanship. I've referred many friends and family and all have been very impressed. If your looking for a quality job done right the first time this is the place!
STAY CLEAR OF PESTIGE AUTO BODY!! TOO many problems to list! The short of it was twice returned my car with a filthy interior, Once with over sray all over it and also with a brocken electric seat they knew was brocken!! To top it all off one of the owners yelled at me and said I was lying to him about the filth. Poor service, Poor workmanship and Poor ATTITUDE!! If I ran my business like that I would be out of business!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANGER I HAVE COME ACROSS IN 30 YEARS I dropped my car off for an accident repair, picked it up a week later and the next day all 4 of my tires and rims were stolen off my car in front of my house. I have no idea if it was them, and don't want to say it was, but the police did investigate and asked where my car had been so I told them and they did their job and followed the lead - the manager agreed to pay me $55.00 for my wheel lock that was missing from my car after a nice 3 minute conversation. ... read more
