don’t even waste your time renting here , i only been living here for 3 months and i already know im not renewing my lease , my floors been messed up since the second week i moved in here and maintenance refuse to fix it , mind you i already have all the materials and they still refuse to fix them but every day i watch maintenance fix all the empty apartments and give them new floors but i can’t even get my floors fixed and i literally been begging, im missing cabinets , smh just a big mess and the people in the office don’t... read more
I've been a resident of this place from october 2022 to august 2024, when I first moved in I had to put 3.4k $ of deposit well when I left in 2024 I cleaned the house, a representative of prestige came to see if everything was fine, he also said" you will get the refund in 20 days up to a month". We are almost in April (8 months apart) and they never refund that deposit. The apartaments are nasty, as well as the neighboors I also witness a shooting in the parking lot. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I truly dont understand how they are even allowed to continue to rent here how the city hasnt shut them down is beyond me …the management company and mangers who work there are rude , overwhelmed and miserable .. none are competent to do the job because they hire there family members with zero knowledge to run the estate.. they will hound you and throw a red notification notice on your door faster in 1-2 days but then will wait 1-2weeks to fix a maintenance problem … and if you ask to speak to a manger you are made to be an ... read more
You are allowed (1) car. Residents have 4 cars and 3 of them are broken down. Broken Down Cars all over the place and no parking. If you park on the street you get a $150.00 ticket.
