I truly dont understand how they are even allowed to continue to rent here how the city hasnt shut them down is beyond me …the management company and mangers who work there are rude , overwhelmed and miserable .. none are competent to do the job because they hire there family members with zero knowledge to run the estate.. they will hound you and throw a red notification notice on your door faster in 1-2 days but then will wait 1-2weeks to fix a maintenance problem … and if you ask to speak to a manger you are made to be an ... read more

You are allowed (1) car. Residents have 4 cars and 3 of them are broken down. Broken Down Cars all over the place and no parking. If you park on the street you get a $150.00 ticket.

IF YOU HAVE ZERO STANDARDS THIS WOULD BE AN IDEAL PLACE TO LIVE. I would also give them a ZERO. TODAY, a homeless man with his pants down, on the steps of the pool washing his PARTS. NOW HE'S NAKED WALKING AROUND. BROKEN DOWN CARS, TRASH and BEER BOTTLES ALL OVER THE PROPERTY, TRESPASSERS IN THE POOL, LAUNDREY UNITS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN AND THEY ENFORCE NOTHING IN THE LEASE. ZERO SECURITY...

I would give them a 0 if I could. They’re liars, they say there going to do something and do not do it and happens all the time. They are disrespectful and there is no privacy. Every week there is something new they have to fix. Do yourself a favor trust me do not rent here. It’s frustrating enough that you have to school and work and then on top of that come home and it doesn’t feel like home because people are always in it.
