Das Hotel hat einen super Standort. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Allerdings kann man den Balkon kaum nutzen. Die Geräuschkulisse vom nahegelegenen Highway ist einfach unerträglich. Alle Motoren - jeglicher Art werden dermaßen hochgeprügelt, man kann kaum sein eigenes Wort verstehen (natürlich kann das Hotel daran nichts ändern, aber wir würden dieses Hotel aufgrund dessen nicht mehr buchen)
Hotel is dated, grimy, but well situated. Our bathroom shower was particularly dirty, and room smelled musty.
Location is great for access to the waterfront, but that is about the only positive about this place. The room was dirty with a brown substance splattered on the bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Towels and sheets did not seem to be freshly washed. They charge for parking when staying in the hotel which is absolutely absurd. I will not be back and would not recommend this location.
Great location, but disappointing overall. We booked the Prestige Beach House mainly for its location—and in that regard, it delivered. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Kelowna attractions. However, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. We asked for early check - a week before our travel. DIRTY! Curtain looks like just being pulled out of the washer, I am pretty convinced by the bed sheets that they have been used and not washed after the previous guest. Floor looks like previos guest(s) had very serious diarrhea. Complimentary "breakfast" served on a single 50x100cm table. Congrats for the first 1 star rating from me!
