This is the worst hotel experience ever. No staff at the front desk when we arrived, just one person working for the whole hotel. The room was old, filthy, and unbearably noisy. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I want to warn everyone: DO NOT book this hotel, no matter how good the rating looks online. When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for a long time before a staff member named Sydney finally appeared — with zero apology. Instead, he arrogantly told me that after 5:00 PM, he’s the only person running the entire hotel. No security, no backup, no front desk support. The hotel is next to the main highway so our first room was very noisy. They did relocate us the next day to a much better room.
