The room was outdated, very noisy, and extremely overpriced. We paid almost $600 for one night for a king room with a jacuzzi tub, and it was incredibly disappointing. The tub faucet was so slow that after 20 minutes it had only filled the tub about a quarter of the way. That alone was frustrating. We requested early check in but did not get which was no big deal, we checked in about 3:00 PM and upon entrance to our room we could smell rotten eggs or a sewer smell. There was a house cleaner in the hallway and we asked her to come in and she smelled it. We were down for a wedding so we had to step out right away and we informed the front desk of the smell and that we would be out of our room for a few hours and that they could have access to the room. Very bad services , 1. Lost two items ( one white face towel and one black tank top in the room my in law stayed, not worth anything but still……2) lady i spoke on the phone as I left my electronic tooth brush there …was very impatient and just hung up without me finishing my sentences l…..
