Pros: Location is perfect- directly across the beach park. Room itself was well designed and cleaned. Prompt service from front desk. Cons: their parking lot is very small (for our truck) and full, and we had to park next doors. Also, their pool water had a green color to it that I’ve never seen before, and their hot tub had stuff floating in it. Overall, a pretty good experience- but please give your hot tub a clean!!

Run!! Worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever. Bed bugs!!!! But the manager said. “it was just a bug in the bed” Pull back the sheets… “These are bed bugs ma’am” Are you blind??? Checked out n disgusted.

Why are you getting your dumpsters emptied at 5:45 AM? Woken up all 3 mornings to LOUD banging of dumpsters being unloaded. If it’s not yours then speak to your neighbouring businesses and get that addressed. Unbelievable

Absolutely terrible. The room floor was filthy and had ants. The ac in the bedroom didn't work. The desk couldn't get my name right to send me my info in my email before arriving. The patio filled with water from the ac unit because the drain was not located correctly so it could drain. The patios floor were black from dust and dirt. The rooms really needed maintenance to service them. Handles for dressers and night Stands and clays were falling off.
