Great customer service.
The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. We were on the highway side so there is a bit of traffic noise bit they acknowledge this with complementary earplugs provided. The shower is pointed 90 degrees down so you basically have to bump into the tub faucet to get wet and 80% of the tub stays dry.
I stayed at this hotel for medical reasons, expecting comfort and a quiet environment, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness is far below acceptable standards; from the hallways to the room, everything feels neglected and depressing. The front desk staff is not welcoming and does not seem willing to provide a pleasant or helpful experience.
