If I could give a 0 star, I would. Had an appointment, they showed up. It ended up being the wrong type of tub than they thought (since no in home estimate was done), so left and did nothing except for telling me to reschedule, that it wouldn’t affect the deposit. I paid a $250 deposit. Called to reschedule, it took weeks to get a call back. Finally got in touch 3 weeks later and am not able to afford the rest of the refinishing at this time. I had them come out a month ago to refinish my bathtub. They asked on the phone if I had shower doors and I said yes. They did not ask if I wanted them removed or not. I just assumed that they would remove them and refinish the whole tub. They did not. (Kind of like painting a car and not removing the trim pieces. You just don't do that). so I called them to have them come back out and fix this problem. Edit: Tub began to rust. I understand it's an old tub but what irritates me about this is that the warranty states that it will not cover rust. The rust came back in 3 months. We followed the instruction of the repairman to the t but still the rust came back. If you don't think you can fix the tub then say that. I was told that all of the surface rust had been removed and it shouldn't be a problem for a long time. That was incorrect. We had our tub refinished a few months ago.
