Dan and the crew are very professional, prompt and very thorough with my car. I’m always kept up to date and definitely happy with the overall service.
Absolutely disappointed with my experience. I cancelled my order weeks before it even arrived from their supplier, yet I’m still waiting for a refund. The level of professionalism here is extremely poor. I felt completely scammed. Don’t be fooled by their polished social media image, it doesn’t match how they actually treat customers. These people are SCAM artists! Do yourself a favour and never go there if you have been involved in an accident! For minor damage they “assessed” the vehicle and then mark it up by 100% to charge the insurance companies an excessive amount and the job they do is extremely poor! Had to take my merc to another repairer to fix the shonky work of this place. Avoid at all costs
