Would never recommend this car wash to anyone. I had really bad experience. I took monthly service package from them. Used one month. And right before they were deduct my credit card for next month( 7 days ago), i asked them to cancelled my service. They said we cannot do it on phone and you will have to come personally. I sent my wife their same day and she filled cancellation form to cancel and they said its been cancelled successfully. After some days i found they charge my credit card for next month fee. I had a horrible experience. My 1st car wash with my new car. I bought a monthly package deal for unlimited washes and the minute I got home I see my rims are still dirty and a splatter of black water mud?? along both sides of the car...which by the way I selected the highest package that is guaranteed to keep you car looking clean for 5 days let alone 5 minutes.
