I received a gift card from my children for Christmas. I was finally able to make an appointment with them for 5/21/20. I made an appointment for 9am and the owner was late because he had car trouble. No problem. He told me my truck would be done by 2pm and that he was accepting only cash (which I thought was odd but didn't concern me since I had the gift card).I called at 2pm and he said he didn't start it yet, But it would be done today. Went to Prestige when the leather door panel of my ‘05 Ford Escape peeled off. He said he could fix it and gave me a quote. The job became more complex when the new adhesive wouldn’t stick to the old foam underneath. Raul ordered new foam, got the job done and honored the price he quoted me. I also had the car detailed and it looks brand new! Great guy and great service!
