Let me put it bluntly. DO NOT buy from this dealership. Sold me the car WITH NO TITLE. Waited three months before I could actually get it after multiple, weekly conversations. Then the timing chain went out after 3 months and they would not help with any type of repair. Do not, I REPEAT DO NOT, buy from this dealership.
Amazing customer service, prompt response to my inquiry. They will be honest with the service and price. Recommend them 100%
I had a great experience at Prestige Auto. I found some cars I was interested in and reached out and was responded to quickly by Alex at Prestige. He answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. I live across the state from Holland, so when I finally traveled there, Alex was kind and helpful with test driving and negotiating a good price I felt comfortable with. If you're looking for a place that has quality cars and great pricing, contact them and ask for Alex. He will take care of you!
After months of being told they would provide a paint pen for the chipped glass and touch-up paint for the rust, I’ve realized Prestige Auto Sales has no intention of following through. I wasted half a year and nearly a dozen hours trying to get a simple issue resolved. At this point, I’m considering taking the matter to small claims or civil court purely as a matter of principle. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding Prestige Auto Sales.
* Avoid this and just go to a reputable dealer* Wanted to buy a van on Saturday and apparently our salesman, “doesn’t like to work on Saturdays”. We filled out the financing for it and he told me he would let me know on Monday because they couldn’t do anything cause it was a Saturday. I told him I had a down payment and acted like he didn’t want us to buy the car. Obviously because it was sold Monday. Nice place and he was nice but that was shady.
