Very nice staff and owner! If there was any issues they were prompt to take care of it! Got a nice clean vehicle reasonably priced paid cash out the door. If you're looking for a nice vehicle and affordable reliable one I recommend you stop by this place and see what works for you!
Found Prestige Auto Sales on Car Gurus in my search for a used Honda CRV. I really lucked out with this car. It has low milage, is super clean, and passed my mechanic's inspection. Also, I can't say enough about the service I received. Daniel went above and beyond in helping me purchase a car that was mechanically sound and he was super patient with me. I really appreciate that! I highly recommend Prestige Auto Sales and I'm very happy that Car Gurus directed me to them!
Not straightforward and will lie to tell a better story. A car has been on their lot longer than 4 months verifiable through Facebook marketplace and CarGurus, yet they state it has only been on the lot a few weeks. Also the first thing they said was that another customer was currently test driving the vehicle which I suspect was to get me to act quickly. Again this is very unlikely timing given it has sat on the lot 4 months. Would avoid given the blatant lie to start the conversation off with.
Let me put it bluntly. DO NOT buy from this dealership. Sold me the car WITH NO TITLE. Waited three months before I could actually get it after multiple, weekly conversations. Then the timing chain went out after 3 months and they would not help with any type of repair. Do not, I REPEAT DO NOT, buy from this dealership.
Amazing customer service, prompt response to my inquiry. They will be honest with the service and price. Recommend them 100%
