Got the Titanium coating (the best they have) on my car by Chris, who seemed friendly and knowledgeable. He told me it would take 2 days, got the car back on the 5th day and all along, I had to call and inquire, no follow up calls or apologies for the delay from Chris. He would only tell me he had been busy, and that the owner of another other car he’d been working on, wanted more paint protection wrapping done on his car, up from the initial just front end done.
