Just purchased a 2023 Nissan from here, the customer service I received far exceeded my expectations! Bob, my sales associate was kind and patient with all my questions and worries that go along with purchasing a new vehicle. The staff isn’t very friendly, but I digress. I ended up purchasing another vehicle elsewhere today because regardless of anyone’s credit or financial situation, it’s just common decency to make a person feel welcome when they walk into your business. Nothing was really explained…just “put a lot of money down or get a co-signer”. The prequalification script is really just to get people in to apply.
