This dealership is not truthful and honest. I drove 2hour before I reach to their location the vehicles was sold. Maybe the release vehicle maybe the don’t own because two hours drive and I called they said the vehicle is sold really won’t make sense to me . Be careful coming here!!
I drove 4 hours from st Louis mo to his place, but I spoke to him since 9am and he told me to be there after 6pm. i even called him before I started driving but he still saying to come .I don't do disrespect his business ,but he need more improvement of his service. imagine drove 4 hours total 8 hours both way on the road ,that sounds very crazy !!!!! don't even know how he even get his dealer license. because all dealer crossing country they care about costumer but not this is dealership. imagine drove 4hours total 8hours.

Do NOT do business here. Drove 3 hours to look at a car. Inspected the car for as little as 3 minutes. Upon inspecting the car and listening to how it sounded, Mr. Chava Alvarado Then preceded to tell us the car is not for us and he would rather sell the car for MORE financing it to someone else. We hadn’t even discussed about any numbers or negotiations. We had cash in hand. He was totally unreasonable. I bought a used car. I understand having to do repairs. But having to replace $890 for the a/c to work is unacceptable. They are liars and just want to make a sale. It’s really sad that they don’t have proper mechanics that fix their cars to last customers. I’m already making plans to sell the piece of crap, so my kids don’t die of overheating or the brakes going out. Absolutely disgusted with both owners. Thanks for hurting a single mom and putting her in even more debt.
Prestige Auto Line has my vote any day of the week! These guys make sure all of their cars are in top notch shape and really go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I will be back soon! Thanks Guys!
