TOTALLY took my money and never answered the phone after
SCAM AUTO DEALER- will smile at first and avoid you later!!! my nephew bough a car and WAS PROMISED and documented a WE OWE form. Afterwards, they not only didn't pay and screened his calls but THATS NOT IT . head person - jeff gave his number under the google review and STILL NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. we will continuously and PERFUSELY review , email and we WILL sue !!!!!!
BEWARE do not buy from these crooks. I bought a 2012 Volkswage EOS on 4/9/2024. I received the car on 4/12. Since it is a convertible I brought it to the carwash right away to be sure it wasn't leaking. Well it RAINED in my car. This was within for the first hour of receiving the car. They did nothing to rectify the problem. Fast forward to June 2024. My daughter got a warning coolant was low. We bought coolant and then a day later got a warning coolant was low so we refilled. I bought a car with bad brakes n they said they'd fix them. I've been calling them all week n they won't return my calls. They obviously don't want to stick to our deal they made with me. Integrity goes a long way and they apparently have none. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Looks like I'm taking it to a shop since they don't want to fix it. Once they get the sale they don't care anymore. Most of the safety features don't work. I'll fix that. All I wanted is what they promised
