This review is regarding my U-Haul rental. I went to the shop to pick up the U-Haul, I went into a building and saw a lady sitting at the desk (I didn’t get her name). I greeted her and ask if she can help me with my rental. She’s said she was not the person but she would help me get someone. She already had a snarky attitude when I approached her. The best of the best wow! I like it alot. You guy done the best job. I will let all my family know to bring there car here for sure and I will let my friends and all the people that I have to bring there car here. My daughter's car look like new car again.
They provide excellent customer service! My dad brought his car to them before and recommended them to me when I needed my car fixed. Throughout the whole process of fixing my car, they went above and beyond. Rene was especially helpful and constantly communicated with us about any adjustments they would make to the car. They gave us a reasonable timeline of when they could fix my car and they stuck to it. I appreciate Katherine for her customer service-oriented business.
