I found Prestige through reviews and If there were 10 � that’s what they deserve. They took care of everything from start to finish and provided a service that makes you feel like you feel like family. My car looked like when I drove it off the dealership. Worst Body Shop ever.Would not recommend this shop.Very deceptive and incompetent.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I took my time to drive to this place for a quote/estimate and the stupid rep REFUSED to give me a detailed quote. He acted as if he could NOT understand a word I was saying even though his English was just fine. Finally, I had to raise my voice just for him to answer my VERY SIMPLE question! In the end, he said he "couldnt print" the estimate because the printer wasnt working so he said he would email it. IT'S BEEN 48 HOURS AND I STILL HAVE NO EMAIL. Let me start by saying there are few auto body shops , that ate Proffesional. Hector Lopez and his staff are awesome. Recently I had a collision and the work was impeccable, and flawless. I have been going to his shop for many years and will continue to do so. I strongly recommend that for auto body repairs you must go to Prestige Auto.
I have taken my car in on two occasions. Hector goes above and beyond in every aspect of his business. Carmen is also a pleasure to do business with @ Prestige. The name says it all, if you want absolute perfection, excellent communication honesty and satisfaction I recommend ONLY PRESTIGE for all your auto body needs.
