Bought the car, before I drove off the lot the tail light was out, a week later the car broke down and they couldn’t figure out the issue. The ball bearings were bad a week after driving the car. They told me the car had never been in an accident, but there are clear signs that it had been in a multi car pile up. Do not buy from prestige , they sold me a lemon, with a head gasket leak , the AC system screwed up , it kills the car when trying to use it , several times , even after taking it back 3 times , the defroster starts making crazy sound and then a burning smell , it eats oil a little bit the list goes on and on. Jennifer was super helpful to my boyfriend and I. We were able to get a car today for a decent price. She did everything she could to get the monthly payments where we needed them to be at. We have had a tough hand at life lately and she patiently listened while we vented. We went in super stressed and left laughing and with a car. This was a great experience.
