They are full of crap. I had my car for over 2 years and I been putting money in to this car since the first moth I got it. They told me it's out of their hands since I'm through the bank now. And so I'm stuck with a shifty car and loan.
Update: per our agreement and contract new tires, new battery and checking the timing chain. Only one out of the 3 got done. No timely answer and this car has been in an accident without a disclosure. Time to consult an attorney Needed a car asap at an affordable price. Bought the car, before I drove off the lot the tail light was out, a week later the car broke down and they couldn’t figure out the issue. The ball bearings were bad a week after driving the car. They told me the car had never been in an accident, but there are clear signs that it had been in a multi car pile up. There’s crumpled damage behind the tail lights, the front and rear bumper is held on by self tapping screws, there are salvage yard parts on the front end, and water leaks into the trunk really bad.
