Excellent Audi service. Fair, honest, efficient, and thorough.
Great service department
I brought my car in in April for a coolant leak. 4 months later I got the same alert that the coolant was leaking so I tried to contact Audi to see what exactly was fixed on my engine. I called them 7 times and each time I got voicemail or someone telling me the technician, Corey, would give me a call back. Still no one has called me back even after calling multiple times for a phone call that would take less than 5 minutes.
