I bought a used EV from this dealer. They told me I could get the tax credit for it but they refused to file the sellers clean vehicle report with the IRS. Without that I can’t claim the $2700 credit. Very bad customer service.
My AC wasn’t cooling properly. I had a good experience with Prestige in the past so I was not surprised the appointment process was very well handled. Prestige is located some distance form my home in Summit County so coordination was very important. Matt and the staff lived up to my expectations and the repair work was spot on. Also, the coffee and other amenities in the customer area made it even better! Al Jensen ⛷
The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Fabian was the best salesperson I’ve ever had, The entire team at Prestige Audi made this purchase of a 2021 4Runner Limited the perfect vehicle for us. And was a fair deal. I highly recommend Fabian and Prestige Audi if you’re looking to buy a vehicle.
The dealership experience I had with these Audi was better then Toyota and that’s a lot to say because Toyotas are a longer lasting brand but Audi has so much offers and gizmos and gadgets to their cars and for them being able to provide me with cheaper insurance for my car was even better over all Audi has been hands down the best dealership experience I have had ever for being in so may dealerships
