My wife and I had an A+ experience purchasing our new car at Prestige Audi. Our salesman was Rick. Five stars for him as well. From the start, it was apparent that he cared about getting us in a car that worked for us. No pressure, only information. No high pressure. He was great at communicating when I had questions. The actual buying process was very easy. After the docs were signed, he spend more time going over every detail of the car and its features. We will be repeat Prestige customers. Thanks Rick!
We had the pleasure of working with Osama during a test drive of an Audi Q4. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I had my 2025 SQ5 serviced at Prestige Audi August 26th to install the latest software update for the car, to address software issues the car was having. They provided me with a loaner car, as the update would take several hours to complete. Dave, my Service Advisor kept me updated on the status of the car, and the update was completed and I picked up the car August 27th.
