I had another 5 star service experience with Prestige Audi, bringing my 2025 SQ5 in for an oil and filter change. The team there delivered a great customer experience to me, in every aspect. I waited in the lounge while the work was done, which was only 1 1/2 hours. Dave Ficca was my Service Advisor, and he was great in working with me on this appointment, as usual for him! Prestige Audi got permanently closed
Extremely disappointing service and accountability. We have always had official Audi-prescribed maintenance done for our Q5 at Prestige Audi, including every required Audi Multi-Point Inspection. For our most recent 80,000-mile service, being a rather big maintenance, I requested a second quote from Audi Denver.
