I had my 2025 SQ5 serviced at Prestige Audi August 26th to install the latest software update for the car, to address software issues the car was having. They provided me with a loaner car, as the update would take several hours to complete. Dave, my Service Advisor kept me updated on the status of the car, and the update was completed and I picked up the car August 27th.
