I had a terrible experience with this shop. My vehicle arrived at P&P to have a split fuel hose replaced. This happened due to improper positioning of the air filter box by myself, which I accept, and is documented on the receipt. Somehow during the process of this, the intake manifold brake booster cable was snapped off, creating an air leak. Stay away from this shop. I had a Novitec suspension kit installed on my brand-new 2023 Lamborghini Huracán, and it was a serious mistake. What was an exceptional supercar was returned to me handling dangerously poorly. A wheel alignment was never completed after the installation. When my partner collected the vehicle, multiple fault lights and warnings were present on the dashboard. 1/5 – DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO P&P (Prestige & Performance) I had the worst experience with this workshop. They do not provide accurate diagnostics, their repairs have no real warranty, and they end up charging you for issues they themselves fail to fix. I took my car in on 1 September due to a “transmission faulty” warning. On 3 September, they sent me a diagnosis listing several additional faults and a high repair cost. These guys are a class act. It’s not my first time using them but I have no affiliation with them aside from being a customer. I took my 2009 Porsche Cayenne S to them with a suspected failing HPFP and asked for a diagnostic. They diagnosed what they could for FREE initially, before advising me further investigation was needed at my discretion.
