I contacted them on a Sunday for a Monday appointment , was called at 7:30am Monday morning and the tech arrived to my house by 8:30am- truly fabulous service like no other! I cannot say about great things about this company! Donna called me and was such a pleasure to speak to, and the tech Thomas was professional and thorough- really the BEST!

I have been with Prestige since they installed my unit four years ago. I would not use anyone else to maintain my unit. The techs are on time, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in my home while working. Donna, the the Office Manager, is the best. She is pleasant, well organized, and takes her time with you on the phone. This company is one in a million. Five stars from this customer!
