The sweetest and gentlest doctor! My son was nervous and he was so kind and thorough. He explained everything every step of the way! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10! Listening to him explain the functionalities of the heart to an 8 year old was enjoyable to listen to. He spoke in a manner that my son felt he was able to relate to Dr. Presti. Thank you so much!
I was referred to Dr Presti by my maternal fetal medicine specialist. The front desk receptionist was very nice and polite. There was no waiting time at the appointment. Dr Presti performed an ultrasound himself, he was very informative and explained every step and all the results right the way. He also took an extra time answering my questions. I’m so surprised to see bad reviews of Dr. Presti. My son has been seeing him for nine years and he is a complete gentleman, I’ve yet to see the ego in play with Dr. Presti, he is kind, thorough and always explains everything he does in real time. My son loves him and never minds going to see him.
I can't even imagine what the service is like. The receptionist that answered the phone at 12.17pm said you need to call back I'm in my lunch break. Why dis she pick up? I called back 1.45 just to be placer on hold 2 times for over 10 mint and be Hung up to after that. I called a 3rd time was not given the chance to talk just put on hold. To never ever be answered. If the doctor is good I have no idea. I was a referral and I just let me doctor know my experience so that he is carefully when referring to this place. NEXT.
Had an appointment for my son and Dr. Presti listened carefully and did tests to determine that everything was alright. I could not be any happier with him and would recommend him. The assistant/secretary was great as well.
