Terrible customer service!!!! I just took an Italian cousin there while here on his first visit to America. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The young man at the service counter “shooed” us away with his hands like we were flies. We had been in line for over 5 minutes for espresso. I walked out because I will never purchase something from someone so rude!! The proper way to handle customer service would have been to say something like, “one moment please”, and then explain nicely whatever his problem was. Molto scortese!!
Cannoli was good, but the Napolean was amazing! The cookies we bought were awesome too. Worth the adventure for sure!
First visit! Chicken parm sandwich and coke slaw was good, but pastries stole the show!
Everything looked so yummy! It was hard to choose!
