⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Chris at Prestera Optical. From the moment I arrived, he was very welcoming. patient, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me choose the frames and lenses for my needs. Another customer arrived at about the same time I did. Chris quickly took a moment to understand what he needed, asked him if he would mind waiting, and then continued assisting me. Fast repair and friendly service. Gorgeous selection of frames. I'll be back to buy a new pair when needed.
I had a fantastic experience purchasing three pairs of glasses from Chris. He is an expert on lens types and coatings. Chris gave me personalized attention and made sure that all of my questions were answered. He will order lenses for existing frames. Chris worked with me to get the lenses and coatings I need at the right price point. I love my new glasses and will certainly be going right back to Chris for any future optical needs.
Chris recieved us with great character. I came here to fix two pairs of glasses. The service was completed in about 10 minutes total. While he worked I roamed around and saw a great selection of frames. Definitely recommend doing business here! 5/5.
