Dr Guan is the worst! I lost right eyesight . after botched cataract surgery!
Dr Prestera and his entire team are awesome. I switched to them after a bad experience with Acuity Eye Group. Dr Prestera and his nurses made our whole experience so much better. Highly recommend them.
Dr. Prestera and his staff are true professionals. I find each person in their office I interact with (front desk, insurance, technicians) to be extremely helpful and thorough in their job functions. I have extreme allergies and they document items thoroughly and try hard to accommodate me without making me uncomfortable. I remember the first time in the office during COVID, there was a person cleaning every little item in the waiting room to all of the patient rooms and staff areas. They were so diligent.
