I have no complaints. Normal wait time for an eye appointment, which was around 10 mins. The overall process was easy, timely, and non eventful. Everyone had smiles and seemed nice. I would suggest this optometrist.
Dr. Prestera and Dr. Guan are excellent providers of eye care. They really listen and take the time to explain. Their professionalism is top notch. Would recommend to anyone!

2 hour wait for an appt is crazy. Maybe have a better scheduling system where a patient does not need to wait 2 hours to be seen on a scheduled appt.
We are residential care providers for individuals with special needs. Today, we accompanied one of our clients—who lives with mental and intellectual disabilities—to an eye exam with Dr. Howard Guan at Prestera.
