It's been a lot to handle dealing with Prestera Health. They mixed two records together, and when I called to address it, they said they couldn't delete it from my record. How can they not fix an intake that wasn't even mine?! It's really sickening to think about all the lives affected by these types of mix-ups. Lack of doctor accountability and oversight. Don’t expect to receive help if one of their doctors cause harm to you or a loved one.

Prestera is the absolute worse place in Point Pleasant to get help for mental health.

I was going through a very difficult time in my life, the help I needed was Phenomenal The people were very friendly caring and listened to me rattle on and on. That does take patients.
