When I started using Preste Medical I thought they were great. They went the extra mile to take care of their patients. I even changed insurance companies to stay with them. These days I think I made a mistake. I think they have gotten to big for their bridges. Today I tried to call in a perscription that I am using but it is a new parmacy. I sat on the phone for a half an hour and then it switched to the answer machine. This isn't the first time this has happened. RecommendedI recently visited Dr. Preste's office for the first time. I was very pleased with their customer service. The front desk staff were very friendly and did not make me wait long for my appointment. I was seen by Lauri Deane, Nurse Practitioner, and she was very professional, caring and patiently listened to how I was feeling. The treatment she gave me was effective, and she made sure to follow up with me to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr Preste's office. Thank you again Lauri for helping me to get better!
wouldn't go there , they are so dis, organized , an their services leave a lot to be desired, Miss Jackie was the best thing there in the last 15 years
Love the office, the doctors and the Office Manager, Donna. She really makes that office run smoothly. The doctors are friendly and bring a smile to your face. I've noticed they are making upgrades and now they have these really neat active monitors in each room for the patients to play with and inquire all types of information, even on their own condition.
I've been going there for about a year. The medical staff is great BUT the office administrator, DONNA, is very difficult to work and believes she runs everything. Her coworkers are afraid of her and specialist I have been referred to , I have heard, don't want to deal with her because she is so difficult!
Horrible billing department. Clerical errors will cost you money. Check what codes they bill you under and make sure they are entering information correctly or it will be expensive
