We had a leak in our sewer pipe in the wall of a finished room in our basement. Walls, carpet were very wet. We had the wall opened to expose the pipe. Had a plumber repair the leak. I contacted Victor of Premier Restoration for a quote to have the glued-down carpet removed, the affected drywall removed/replaced, add an access door to the pipe area, and paint the room. I recently had my floors replaced due to hot water heater leak. The team was amazing to work with from giving me the guidance on the best floors for what I wanted it to look like in the end.
