We were long-time clients of Bonita Print Shop, but since it was taken over by Presstige Printing, the experience has been nothing short of awful. Customer service is completely unreliable Amanda received my request for a print job and she simply never got back to me. The level of professionalism is unacceptable. One of the worst companies we ever have the unfortunate to work with. Not just overpriced (The highest price anyone will pay in the area) But also with the worst customer service l, Amanda Lamb is rude, impolite, and without any kind of education when dealing with a customer, using the excuse that Presstige is a company that, according to them, is better than the others and therefore they have the right to treat customers inappropriately.
I had a small scale project needed to be printed. After waiting 2 months to meet about specifics & an estimate, their excuse was about being backlogged. As a potential customer I felt abandoned & can’t recommend them on a personal needs level.
As a Director of Marketing, Presstige Printing is the only printer I trust to print marketing collateral. The final product is always right, and if not, they always ensure you are happy at the end of the day. Michael Andersen makes it easy as well!
