This place in my opinion swings in its customer service. Just now came in ordered some food to go and drinks while we wait and bill . Received all my stuff and bartender completely forgot our drinks. There was no recognition from him nor was the manager alerted that they fouled things up. They appear to have lost some of there regular bar staff from the mornings but definitely in my opinion not worth the money for the service. Breakfast is excellent and the customer service is above and beyond. This morning there was an "incident" with the pepper shaker, our fault. I told our server that we would be willing to pay for an additional meal to replace the one that had a boatload of pepper on it. Instead he said, "Of course not, I'm not going to charge you." which was very nice since it was totally our fault. The replaced meal came within minutes. Our server was great and the pastrimi hash and avocado toasts were delicious.
Some favorites are the pastrami hash...so good! The Oatmeal cookie is delicious too. However, really unhappy about the cinnamon roll/sticky bun. They used to do it as a caramel sticky bun which was so so good but now they've changed it to Nutella covered cinnamon roll. It's just okay and doesn't compare to the butteryness of the other version. I would love for sticky version to return. Overall tho, good food and really enjoy the place but disappointed about the roll. 😔

Great service. Great food. Quiet. Nice to sit and watch people walking on square. Nice location.
Sadly, no. The service was the worse. Waved down the waitress after 20 minutes of getting our drinks.Coffee went cold waiting for creamer that never arrived after first refill. We asked for avocado on the side, got it on the sandwich. My press-trami hash was more meat than hash but it was okay. We asked for one pancake and got 2 which doesn’t make sense to complain about but we where an Afterthought.
