Let me start by saying I'm a huge fan and have averaged about one trip per week over the last couple of years in the old location. Arrived at the new location around 11:50 today and my party of two was seated promptly. Placed our orders and waited. And waited. And waited. At 12:38, I asked our server to box up our meals as we both had to get back to work. Five minutes later, our food finally emerged in boxes as requested. Received no comp, discount, or anything. My husband and I love the new menu! The buffalo oysters are so delicious and the fried chicken is not only awesome, you get a lot for your money! DEFINITELY worth waiting for a table!
I highly recommend the new pressroom. The new style and atmosphere is second to none. The servers were very knowledgable of the extensive menu.
I'm disappointed in the new menu. Only a few items now. I miss the sandwiches and salads and appetizers. The beer selection is awful. The salad dressing is way too salty. The service is subpar. I liked it because it was a coffee bar. Now it's just trying too hard to be eccentric.
The new Pressroom is one of my favorites! Total flip from what it used to be at the old location. The menu options are ever changing, seasonal and always delicious. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.. All amazing! Fantastic execution of unique dishes with quality ingredients.
The amazing filtered water is free, the food is good, they carry awesome juice, and have strong wonderful coffee!
Walked out. Waited about 8 minutes for a table today, waitress after waitress walked right by us. Finally seated with no menus or service. I went to bar and asked for menu and waitress handed us several menus, all the same. I asked the gal next to us where else close by to eat at and was told to go to Table Mesa. They greeted us outside, again inside and service was fabulous.
