Would and have recommended to everyone!! Dr. Pressly saved our kitten Rosie’s life after a botched spay. Her belly was filled with infection and rupturing stitches. He did emergency surgery the same day I brought her in and took great care of her over the weekend. She is now fully healed and one very happy fat cat.

Wonderful staff & Drs! They took great care of my lab when another vet wanted to do all sorts of unnecessary treatments that wouldn't have changed the outcome- it just would have cost us a lot more and kept her miserable longer. Thank you- so happy I made the switch!
Thanks for taking such good care of (now named Pressly) for us today! We, Pawsitive Impact NC Dog Rescue, had an emergency intake today and had to rush a stray dog that had been struck by a car to the Vet. Dr Pressly and staff were waiting at the back door for us and took Pressly straight in for emergency care. This poor dog was in terrible pain and had been apparently for days as his little body was covered with maggots. Thanks to their AMAZING staff Pressly is feeling much better and now on his way to a full recovery!

I cannot thank Pressly Animal Hospital enough. A little less then two years ago my little Marley was kicked by my roommate and broke her leg in two different places. I unfortunately didn't have any money to pay for the surgery or anything else that she needed.With some help from the Humane Society and the wonderful people are Pressly Animal Hospital.
