Pressed roots gas wondersul stylist. Their business policy is terrible to the public. As a business owner myself, I would not in good conscience take a customers money when they had an emergency illness. That is exactly what pressed roots did when my daughter had an epileptic seizure before her appointment. I was told they would keep the deposit and not apply the deposit to a future appointment.

Our cancellation policy does in fact state that any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance, will NOT receive a refund of your deposit.
