Ambience was great, food was good, and the staff was friendly. I recommend it.
We enjoyed the atmosphere, the lite background music and the very good food!
Omelets were great. Oyster Caeser was ok. Salad was kind of dry and croutons were very small and hard. No shredded cheese either

Great place - friendly staff. Excellent chicory coffee. Consistently high quality menu offerings. Bread made on site. I highly recommend the three brunch starters, salmon with potatoes, boudin & beignets, and oysters on wheat toast. I'm addicted to the Bywater Benedict too. There are meatless options for vegetarians. This place wins in every category. Parking is even easy there.
