Delicious food and great service. We got oysters, salads, entrees then dessert to go. Bela was excellent. 10/10.
First time here, and Bela was our server. She is an amazing, very professional customer service provider. Outstanding! The food was glorious, we started with seasonal beet salad, caprese salad, followed by the seafood stew, duck breast with a seasonal vegetable hash– they use rendered duck fat, wow! Entrees were great. For dessert we had the chocolate custard and the Zabaglione. Lord have mercy, what a treat all around!!
We ate here on the recommendation of a friend, and this place is a gem! First, there's the ambiance of an old building with its brick walls and artwork, a former newspaper office, that is in immaculate condition. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and provide outstanding service. The food was excellent, with my wife getting pork chops, and me getting the grilled salmon after an appetizer of grilled, not fried, calamari. The service was amazing. The hostess and the waiting staff were very kind, pleasant, and helpful. The place itself is very cozy. Soft candlelight. Calm music. Books on the wall. Just an overall lovely place. Onto the main attraction: The Food. Everything was delicious. I had the rack of lamb and my wife had the parchment baked rockfish which was a special for the night. The price was not bad for a lovely and memorable night for 2.
