Exceptional customer service and extremely competent and trustworthy. PressF1 is my family’s “Go-to” for all our computer repair needs. In fact, my wife is taking her computer there this week (same issue with her PC). My PC was running very slow. I ran Norton on a regular basis (virus scan, defrag, start up manager, etc), but that did not solve my issue. Kayla ran a malware scan, and a free diagnostic.
