Tables are always very dirty with spills and food crumbs from previous customers. coffee is poor quality, acidic and their app has the worst customer experience, I can't seem to sign into the app at the cashier and they can't find my profile so no points
I got the honey cinnamon shaker and it was excellent. Better than Starbucks
