Not a good place to make a gun purchase owner has very poor customer service and the taurus I bought from the shop had problems from day one if you're looking I would suggest bob's gun shop in mckean pa on edinboro road or Field and Stream.
I witnessed the owner lying to customers, there prices are high, the owner is an arrogant know it all that really doesn't know much at all. They act like they honor vets when in all reality they don't, they advertise used guns as used but unfired when I know it's been fired because I was there the day it was traded in and I know the person who traded it. i will never give them my buisness again and I will tell anyone that's looking for a firearm to stay far far away from them. Excellent People very knowledgable on every aspect of guns... and very competitive Pricing.
I've been buying all my primers and most of my powder there and was getting a vet's discount. The last time in there, the guy behind the counter wanted my military ID but then told me since I was buying on a VISA card, no discount would apply and charged me 3% for the VISA purchase. I won't be back.
This is perhaps the best shop in Erie. They have good deals and keep a good mixture of guns and ammo in stock. I have never left there disappointed.
