We have sold two cars to Presley Auto Showcase. Greg is a consummate professional, very trustworthy and responsive. His staff is extremely organized and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to deal with. Would give him our business again and again.
I spoke with Mr. Presley when I was contemplating selling my vehicle, he spent time explaining the process as well as advising me for which I was very grateful. Within a few days I went to his office and met with Jessica. Within no time at all the deal was made and my car was sold. I was presented with a check and was given a drive back home. My experience started off positive - I was quite pleased with the friendliness of the staff and trusted them. I bought a 10 year old Civc that was filthy on the inside and they were able to clean it very thoroughly before my pick up date which was great. Unfortunately, two weeks after having the car - my heat shield fell off into traffic. They have a 30 day warranty guarantee so this should have been no issue to have replaced. Super easy experience. All three staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I sold my car to them and it was completely hassle free. I basically just showed up with keys and ownership. Car was looked over and I was offered what I had asked for the vehicle within a 20 minute period. They even dealt with taking care of the plate return. A paid uber ride home with cheque in hand. I’d definitely give them my business again.
