Not safe at all!!! Cops are called almost weekly for either a druggies or drunks. I feel bad for the few normal people just trying to live their lives but this place is trash. Garbage is just left out on the lawn for days, dog shit is shovel off balconies and there is usually some crazy person screaming or yelling or harassing people. So much money for rent and yet so unsafe.
