I do not recommend. Dr. Presken will sit and talk to you acting like she cares, regardless of the current medical situation. She will order labs from all over the place unneeded and then charges for the initial consultation as if it were a normal doctor visit. How could I be established?! That was my first appointment with her. I then get a bill for a $35.00 co-pay (I should not have a co-pay -- it was coded so she gets more money). That visit to just talk and send me to third party vendors was billed at $373.00??!! WTF! ... read more

Sorry I was forced to give 1 star. After annual physical, was told she wanted to discuss my bloodwork. She charged me $194 for a 10 minute phone call that should have been included as part of the physical. Absolutely unwilling to discuss the charge as well. Stay away. For my first visit for something unrelated, which was virtual (even though was originally scheduled for in person) she charged the same amount for virtual even though she could not assess me the same as if she could have in person. Terrible. I had a 30 minute zoom call, in which Dr. Presken offered no help or services, and during which told me that she would not provide similar care that I had previously received and wanted. Then I got sent a massive bill. An absolute joke. Would not recommend it to anyone. Please see someone else, it will be better for your health.
