Such a great experience with Tom and Presidio! Living room ceiling started dripping water when the ice from the last freeze started to thaw. It was strange because we had a previous roofing company do repairs 2 years prior. Called Presidio, got a human being on the line immediately and they put us on the schedule to have someone out to take a look in 2 days. I called Presidio Roofing to request a roof inspection, and I was very impressed with their service. Tom contacted me the same day, responded quickly, and came out to my house promptly to address my concerns. He clearly explained what had happened with my roof and was able to fix the issue right away. I truly appreciate the fast response, professionalism, and quality service.

My husband and I had a great experience with Presidio Roofing. I loved that I was able to text to set everything up rather than calling. The response time was very quick and I was able to get a quote and scheduled within a matter of minutes. Nick was very professional and answered all my questions. When he came out to perform a roof inspection, looking for hail damage and another specific concern I had, he took the time to explain what he found and what it means for my roof.
