I am beyond impressed with Presidio Roofing’s responsiveness and quality of service. I submitted details about a roof leak through their online form in the evening of 9/15, and by the very next morning (9/16) Nicholas was on-site to assess the issue. The good reviews are true. Tom came to do an inspection on my roof. He use a ladder and a drone took pictures and explained everything in a clear and polite manner. He even fixed a small leak for free, very happy with this company. I definitely will contact them in the future.

Was very satisfied with my experience with Presidio Roofing. Contacted them about a roof repair job. Tom arrived at my home as scheduled, used a drone to capture photos, thoroughly explained my options, gave me a reasonable estimate and had my roof repaired earlier than anticipated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others needing a roof repair or replacement.

“Tom at Presidio was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and provided wonderful and personal customer service". He made it a point to put me on his schedule, even though him and his family were going out of town for the holidays. You don’t find too many companies that will go out of their way like he did. I will definitely be doing business with Tom at Presidio again as I have two rental properties located in North, Texas that will need roofing work in the future.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Presidio Roofing! A tree limb speared our roof into our attic. We called Tom at Presidio and within an hour he was onsite. We were expecting more rain and he was a welcome sight. He carefully and securely patched the roof and began the search for shingles to match our 9 year old roof. The estimate was fair and accurate. The work was done as scheduled and to our complete satisfaction! We would recommend Tom and Presidio without reservation!
